Your impact:
Welcome to the heart of operational excellence at Geoquip Marine! As the Drilling Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for Offshore Drilling Teams.
The Drilling Supervisor is the senior drilling representative onboard the drilling vessel. You will be responsible for delivering geotechnical drilling and testing services & contract execution with the Client in accordance with GM’s core processes & performance standards. You will coordinate with the Offshore Project Manager & rig personnel to establish shared rig goals supporting the delivery of geotechnical drilling and testing services. The Drilling Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the drilling rig’s compliance with company policies & procedures. You must lead by example and demonstrate GM’s Values, operating in accordance with all GM policies & procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the Drilling Industry > 10 years
- Experience in heave compensated drilling > 3 years
- Completion of GM critical Training Courses
- Computer literacy for daily reporting
- Completed GM Competency program for the position of Driller
