Nigel Frank is partnered with a growing business, as they are on the hunt for a Power Platform & D365 CE Specialist.
This is a remote role but requires travel to Banbury, Oxfordshire, once a month. It’s a full-time position that offers a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits.
In this role, you’ll manage the development, maintenance, and optimisation of the Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement). You’ll work with the IT team and external partners to integrate D365 with other systems and ensure the platform delivers its full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Power Platform environments, ensuring consistency and control.
- Maintain data integrity within Microsoft Dataverse.
- Capture and document business requirements using Azure DevOps.
- Analyse third-party APIs and design data point mappings.
- Develop secure, scalable solutions based on best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and IT teams to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure solutions are resilient with proper error handling and logging.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with D365 Customer Engagement and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Strong API integration experience is a must.
- Knowledge of Azure Service Bus and configuring interfaces.
- Experience with Azure PAAS, API endpoints, and data mapping.
- Scripting skills (e.g., Python, .NET, C#, JavaScript).
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Familiar with Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies.
- Strong communicator, able to translate business needs into technical specifications.
