What you’ll be doing…
The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing the full AR cycle across our UK centres. The role includes tenant billing, debt collection, cash allocation, and supporting internal teams with accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Credit Control
- Issue accurate monthly billing (rent, turnover rent, service charges, utilities) and manage Direct Debits
- Handle tenant queries, debt recovery processes, and issue legal letters in line with policy
Cash Allocation & Reporting
- Monitor bank accounts, allocate payments, and perform daily reconciliations
- Maintain accurate AR records and generate debt and cash reports for internal stakeholders
Month-End Support
- Collaborate with Property Accountants on accruals and reconciliations
- Assist with audit preparation, lease reporting, and month-end close processes

To be successful you’ll bring…
- Previous AR experience, ideally in property or retail
- Experience with Workday Finance and/or MRI is essential
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident engaging with stakeholders
