Capital Actuary

Capital & Risk Senior Actuarial Manager | London | Hybrid | Up to £150,000

We are currently working on a number of exciting opportunities within Capital and Risk. I have partnered with exciting clients who are on the lookout for a Senior Manager to join their growing Risk and Capital team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading complex client projects focused on capital modelling, internal model validation, and enterprise risk frameworks.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the market to deliver high-impact actuarial insights.
• Developing and mentoring a talented team of actuaries and analysts.
• Playing a key role in business development, proposal writing, and thought leadership initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in non-life insurance.
• Strong track record in capital modelling, risk frameworks, and regulatory advisory.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commercial mindset.
