Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: London, UK
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – three days in-office, two days remote

As a Global Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will contact our customers, such as companies and law firms, to ensure the payment of overdue invoices. We seek candidates with 1-2 years of collections experience, preferably in a B2B setting. Our top performers are motivated self-starters, team players, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
- Handle incoming customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to clients
- Enter client information accurately into data systems
- Document collection activities thoroughly
- Send statements via email to clients
- Educate customers about our services
- Achieve monthly targets
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in collections
- Passion for finance
- Active listening skills
- Confidence in phone communication
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Tact and diplomacy in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in B2B collections or law firms is a plus
- Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with all organizational levels
- Self-motivated team player
