World-renowned AI-powered video experience platform, is searching for a Sr Solutions Consultant to join their team in London (hybrid). In this role, you will be a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, working closely to understand complex video needs and architect innovative solutions. This multifaceted role involves requirements gathering, designing tailored solutions, preparing and delivering compelling, value-based demos, discovery sessions, RFPs, product evaluations, and contributing to product development.

We are looking for a curious, natural storyteller, a technology enthusiast with a background as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of supporting enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

  1. Work with enterprise companies across diverse industries in the UK, evaluating their requirements and designing tailored solutions for video hosting, monetisation, live streaming, and communication needs.
  2. Prepare and deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations of the platform, highlighting industry-leading features with confidence, positioning the platform as the ideal solution.
  3. Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs, design and validate solution workflows, and document these for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
  4. Collaborate with clients on RFPs, product evaluations, and security questionnaires, providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.
  5. Contribute to the product roadmap by collecting customer feedback and market insights to influence future product development.
  6. Develop your technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment, learning from experienced colleagues and expanding your expertise in video technologies.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Architect in SaaS, with a successful track record supporting enterprise sales.
  2. Deep knowledge of enterprise technology, security challenges, and experience with SSO and complex network integrations.
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  4. Strong customer focus, with a passion for understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
  5. Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Understanding of live and on-demand video workflows, technologies, and industry trends.
