Job Title: Cluster Training Officer

Join our team as a Cluster Training Officer at The Landmark London, Royal Lancaster London, Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush, and 15 Basil Street Apartments.

About the Role

As a Cluster Training Officer within our independently owned hotels, you will help create a supportive and social environment where everyone can excel. You will be part of the Talent & Culture Department, reporting directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate all training sessions across our London hotels
2. Meet apprenticeship targets
3. Facilitate training sessions
4. Manage projects as required

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in a similar role
• Intermediate English skills (spoken and written)
• CIPD qualification preferred
• Flexibility to work hours including weekends and bank holidays (shift pattern applicable)
