Senior Technical Services Manager

We are working with a privately owned construction business with a turnover of over 100m, currently seeking a Technical Services Manager to join the team. The company undertakes projects such as cut and carve, CAT A/B, and refurb schemes, with project values ranging from 5m to 35m.

About the role of a Senior Technical Services Manager

The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the ‘cradle to grave’ process. Pre-construction experience is ideal, along with the confidence and organizational skills to manage their own schedule. The role involves working on two specific projects in Central London, focusing on fit out, refurb, and cut and carve schemes. Strong technical knowledge, understanding of processes, and excellent client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities for a Senior Technical Services Manager

  1. Oversee quality assurance and quality control
  2. Manage client liaison and reporting
  3. Identify project risks
  4. Take full responsibility from tender to completion for construction projects of varying value
  5. Ensure timely delivery of services according to project scope and schedule

Team and Leadership

You will be supported by the Head of Building Services, who has been with the company for 15 years and has over 20 years of experience in refurbishment and fit-out markets. He actively oversees the M&E team of Technical Services Managers and is committed to developing the next generation of TSMs.
