I am currently seeking an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager for a well-established London-based Fit Out Contractor. The company specializes in Commercial Office Cat A and Cat B Fit Out and Refurbishment Projects across London and surrounding areas.

• Sound knowledge of the fit-out process, specifically technical services and building fabric.
• A team player who takes accountability and seeks continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of commercial acumen.
• Strong existing relationships with supply chain partners.
