Your Role

Manage a diverse caseload of Adult Social Care matters

Represent the council in the Court of Protection and High Court

Attend hearings, negotiate settlements on behalf of the council

Advise on the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983

What We’re Looking

✔️ Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with relevant experience

✔️ Strong negotiation and advocacy skill

✔️ Expertise in Adult Social Care law and related legislation
