HRC are delighted to be supporting our highly regarded client based in Jersey, with the hire of a Finance Systems Manager. This role can be fully remote or in Jersey, applicants must be based in the UK with full ILR status. No sponsorship.
The Role:
Finance Systems Management & Support
- Serve as the main contact for Aderant and finance system issues.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage user access, security settings, and AML controls.
- Resolve technical issues with IT and vendors.
- Monitor system performance and address inefficiencies.
- Stay updated on best practices via supplier communities.
Upgrades & Implementations
- Lead system upgrades and assess new Aderant features.
- Plan, test, and execute upgrades with minimal business disruption.
- Manage data migrations, integrations, and system rollouts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver project outcomes.
Training & User Support
- Develop and deliver training for all system users.
- Create user guides and best practice documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to improve system usage.
Reporting & Data Management
- Assist with data extraction and reporting from Aderant.
- Ensure financial data is structured for analysis and decision-making.
- Support compliance and audit reporting through the system.
The Candidate:
- Experience using Aderant System is a must
- At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong technical expertise in system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge and experience with SQL, Excel and reporting tools (such as SSRS Report Builder and Power BI)
